However, adjustments to project timelines or scope may result in adjustments to the final billing, which will be communicated and approved by the client beforehand.
Liability: GeoTechnic Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our deliverables, including but not limited to, decisions made based on feasibility studies, investment advice, or technical reports.
Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the agreed schedule between GeoTechnic Solutions and the client. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project delays or termination of services. Full details of our payment terms will be outlined in our client agreement before starting the project.
Confidentiality: All client data, project details, and sensitive information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with express client permission.
Changes to Services: GeoTechnic Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the services at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to the client.
